Our classes are open to athletes of all ages, starting as young as 3 years old.

Not at all! We welcome beginners and experienced cheerleaders. Our coaches tailor instruction to each athlete’s level. We want athletes who are excited, eager to learn, and who will strive to become their very best.

Novice is perfect for beginners who are new to the sport—it focuses on learning the basics of motions, jumps, stunts, and tumbling in a fun and supportive environment. These teams usually practice once or twice a week and participate in low-pressure performances or local exhibitions. Prep teams are the next step up, offering a more structured training experience with additional practices and regional competitions. Athletes continue to build their skills in stunting, tumbling, and choreography while enjoying the excitement of competition without the full-time commitment of elite. For those ready to take their cheerleading to the highest level, our Elite teams offer a competitive, year-round program focused on advanced skills, dynamic routines, and traveling to competitions all around the country. Elite athletes train multiple times per week and work hard as a team to perform at their peak.
